SHIPBUILDING
Safe navigation starts from the accurate design and the adequate building of the ship’s hulls and riggings. The development of safety regulations has always been linked with the most impacting accidents, but the introduction of regulations in the wake of an emotional wave cannot help making some technical considerations.

This section of the web site offers a picture of the technical aspects of the ship and its fittings, certification regulations, the raising of ships’ safety standards and flag state control.

This section concerns safety through a guided reading of the original contents of the STIMA Project and the main web sites and articles available on the web on this subject.
